BOMAG's BM 2200/65 large planer sets new standards in the 2-metre class - it is even lighter, more manoeuvrable, more cost-effective and particularly easy to operate.

The cold planer's clever design offers the operator excellent all-round visibility. A clear view of the milling edge to the front enables extremely precise milling in the track. Its slim tail improves rear visibility and hence working safety.

The BM 2200/65's sleek design results in a turning circle of only 1.5 m, making the planer highly manoeuvrable. Milling in tight bends or roundabouts is no problem with the BM 2200/65.

When milling different road surfaces, asphalt and concrete selectively, operation is intuitive. BOMAG's operating concept focuses on short navigation steps and only a few submenus. And servicing the planer is made even easier by straightforward access to all maintenance points.

The cold planer BM 1200/35-2 with enhanced swivelling mechanism is designed for the selective milling of road and ground surfaces. Its clear arrangement and maneuvrability make it particularly suitable for country roads, inner-city work and roundabouts. The maximum milling depth of 13 in and the lateral arrangement of the milling roller allow for milling right up to the curb or walls. The rear right-hand track drive can be automatically swivelled to a position in front of the milling drum for this purpose.

The second generation of compact planers are setting the standards when it comes to ergonomics and productivity. Thanks to the 45°-swivel comfort seat, the completely overhauled operating concept provides a good overview – of both the loading truck and the left side plate and milling edge. At the heart of the new operating concept is the 7-inch full graphic leveling and operating panel with intuitive design. The swivel angle of the conveyor belt has been increased again to 2 x 30° with the same belt width. It can be folded hydraulically to the optimum transport.
