Minnich flex shaft vibrator heads are designed for durability and longevity. Manufactured at Minnich with high-quality steel, flex shaft vibrator heads feature heavy-duty bearings for longer life.

The Minnich hydraulic external paving vibrator is well suited for paving pans and bar inserters.

Minnich heavy-duty steel reinforced casing is available in 1 3/16” and 7/8” diameters. A reversible core adds life, while core strain relief provides extra protection. Coarse thread on the core/casing prevents cross threading.

The Control Speed Vibrator (CSV) electric flex shaft concrete vibrator enables contractors to choose between the set speeds of 6,000, 8,000, 10,500, and Open VPM via a blue tooth Minnich app on ISO or Android platforms. Once the speed is chosen the CSV will maintain that speed as concrete load changes. The CSV is a lightweight, durable, 15 amp (115-volt) universal motor that drives a full line of Minnich shafts and heads. The unit comes standard with a quick disconnect. Optional quick disconnects that adapt to the shafts and heads of other manufacturers are available. The Minnich CSV was designed to run at a lower amp range making the motor more efficient than other on the market. Minnich utilizes a durable frame to extend the vibrator’s life. The lightweight motor and frame-handle positions offer many ergonomic user features and comes with a shoulder harness.

The repositionable throttle control is available exclusively in the Minnich vibrator line.
